Vice-Principal Pool - Elementary and Secondary

Summary

The Waterloo Catholic District School Board (WCDSB) is seeking passionate and committed individuals to join their Vice-Principal Pool for both elementary and secondary schools. This role involves leading school communities in alignment with the WCDSB's strategic and pastoral plans, fostering equity, valuing diversity, and utilizing innovation to enhance student engagement and achievement. Key requirements include holding a current Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of Qualification, completion of Part 1 of the Ontario Principal's Qualification Program (PQP) with a commitment to complete Part 2 by June 25, 2027, a Religious Education Certificate Part I or equivalency, and five years of teaching experience. Applicants must also develop a professional portfolio demonstrating leadership experience tied to the Catholic School Level Leadership Framework. Desirable assets include a Master's degree and knowledge of special education policies.
