Summary

The OTIP Group of Companies (OGC) is seeking a Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker for a full-time Sales/Service role. Reporting to the Assistant Sales and Customer Service Manager, this position involves identifying client needs, presenting new insurance products and services, generating quotes, and managing individual insurance marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include proactive client outreach, responding to inquiries, following up on expiring policies, processing account changes, maintaining detailed client records, and resolving complex insurance issues. The ideal candidate will possess an AMF certificate, at least three years of experience in personal auto and property insurance, and excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with a preference for experience in Epic, Salesforce, and company portals. Bilingualism in French and English is essential, as the role involves advising English-speaking clients in Quebec.
