Summary

The County of Brant is seeking an Equipment Operator for its Operations Department, Roads Division. This unionized, full-time position involves operating a variety of light, medium, and heavy equipment for maintenance, repair, construction, and winter control operations. The role requires a secondary school education or equivalent, good technical and mechanical skills, and a valid Class D license with a Z endorsement. Experience with road graders and knowledge of Public Works are considered assets. The position offers a competitive salary with a probationary rate of $26.75/hour and a full-time rate of $33.16/hour, working 40 hours per week.
