Supervisor of Information Technology (IT) Support Services
Summary
The County of Oxford is seeking a Supervisor of Information Technology (IT) Support Services to oversee the daily operations of the IT Support Services Team. This role involves managing IT support operations, ensuring prompt resolution of support requests, and providing advanced support across all required sites as a key member of the Information Technology team. Candidates must have post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in team leadership and front-line customer service. Key qualifications include senior-level experience supporting Microsoft desktop operating systems and productivity suites, as well as experience with Microsoft 365 environments, including user onboarding and offboarding. A strong working knowledge of networking technologies, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a valid Ontario driver's license are also required. Asset qualifications include experience with Macintosh computers, administration of Microsoft-based servers, budget development, and ITIL certification.
