Supply Student Supervisor

Summary

The Wellington Catholic District School Board is seeking a Supply Student Supervisor to monitor and ensure the safety of students during indoor and outdoor lunch and recess periods. The role involves being aware of school rules and emergency plans, assisting children during lunch, and responding to incidents by reporting any serious infractions to the school's Principal or Vice Principal. The supervisor will also ensure students who are ill or injured receive appropriate medical attention. Candidates for this position must have completed a Grade 12 education or equivalent and have prior experience working with children. The ideal candidate will be a team player with patience, flexibility, and strong communication and conflict resolution skills. They must also have the ability to remain calm and handle emergency situations effectively. Voluntary experience in a school setting is considered an asset.
