Personal Support Worker

Summary

The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance is seeking two Regular Part-Time Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join the team at West Perth Village (Ritz Lutheran Villa). Reporting to the Director of Care, the PSW will provide care to residents as directed by registered staff. The position requires flexibility to work all shifts and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with vulnerable populations in a long-term care setting is preferred, and a PSW certificate is preferred, though enrollment in an accredited PSW or nursing program with practical experience requirements will be considered. The role also requires the ability to meet physical demands and apply effective body mechanics.
