Summary

Orbite is seeking a Bilingual Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker for Customer Service. This role involves processing contract modifications for personal insurance, advising clients, offering value-added products, and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining retention rates. Key responsibilities also include following insurer standards for risk quality and underwriting policies, and developing lateral sales. The ideal candidate will possess an AMF license, at least two years of experience in personal auto and property insurance, excellent communication skills in both French and English, strong listening abilities, and superior time management, project management, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is also required.
