Manager, Curriculum and Academic Quality Assurance
Summary
The University of Guelph is seeking a Manager, Curriculum and Academic Quality Assurance to guide new undergraduate program development, lead program reviews, and manage curriculum changes. The position requires a Master's degree in Education, Governance, Curriculum, or Program Administration with 3-5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong project management, curriculum analysis, and academic planning skills, along with a thorough understanding of Ontario's university and college systems, academic governance, and quality assurance frameworks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a high degree of initiative and attention to detail.
