Manager, Retail Pharmacy

Summary

The Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) is seeking a Full-Time Manager for its Retail Pharmacy department. This role oversees four pharmacy locations across two campuses, including a specialty oncology pharmacy, an ED pharmacy, and a mental health-focused pharmacy. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Manager is responsible for ensuring optimal pharmacy services, meeting all legal and accreditation requirements, and managing medication selection, procurement, storage, dispensing, and ordering processes. The position also involves supervising retail pharmacy personnel and collaborating with the Director of Pharmacy to maintain clinical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) accreditation. A strong clinical and business background in retail pharmacy, along with previous pharmacy ownership, would be an asset.
