Summary
The University of Guelph is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Associate Vice-President (Alumni Advancement) and their office. This role is crucial for enhancing administrative and fundraising efficiency, particularly in preparing the AVP and Directors for meetings with senior-level donors and prospective donors. The Executive Assistant will manage advancement activities, analyze large volumes of material, and initiate responses on behalf of the AVP, ensuring a high level of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. The position requires a collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Some evening and weekend work, as well as potential travel, may be required.
