KidsAbility is seeking a full-time, permanent Manager of Data and Quality to lead their enterprise data, analytics, reporting, and quality improvement functions. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology Solutions, this role is crucial for ensuring data accuracy, transforming it into actionable insights, and supporting service excellence, operational performance, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making. The Manager will champion a data-informed culture, enhance organizational effectiveness, and lead quality improvement initiatives using data to identify trends and opportunities. Key responsibilities include establishing data governance practices, developing data quality frameworks, overseeing reporting and analytics, and leading quality improvement methodologies. The role also involves managing staff within data, reporting, analytics, and quality functions, and fostering strong partnerships across various leadership teams. Candidates require a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of five years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or quality improvement, and strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Excel. Experience leading teams and translating complex data into clear insights is essential.
