Summary

The Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance (LWHA) is seeking a casual Storekeeper for their Wingham site. This role is responsible for purchasing and delivering supplies to various departments, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Key duties include shipping and receiving goods, managing inventory, ordering supplies electronically or via purchase orders, sourcing new products, reconciling invoices, and interacting with vendor representatives. The position requires a minimum of a 1-year post-secondary certificate in Purchasing or Supply Management, along with 6 months to 1 year of previous purchasing experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment. Experience with the Ormed Materials Management System is considered an asset. The role involves a moderate degree of physical and mental effort. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
