Summary

The University of Guelph is seeking a Custodian 3 for Area N6. This is a temporary, full-time position for up to 12 months, covering a temporary absence of the regular incumbent. The role involves providing custodial services across various environments on the main campus, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable atmosphere for residents, guests, and staff. Key responsibilities include gathering waste, tidying spaces, utilizing cleaning tools, and maintaining well-stocked facilities according to departmental standards. The position requires a minimum Grade 10 education (Grade 12 preferred) and ideally one year of custodial experience in an institutional setting. The shift assignment is nights, Sunday to Thursday, from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
