Grounds Machine Operator
Summary
The University of Guelph is seeking a Grounds Machine Operator for temporary, part-time weekend positions. This role involves the safe operation of various grounds maintenance equipment, including mowers, loaders, tractors, chainsaws, and snow removal vehicles. Responsibilities include landscape and maintenance operations, assisting with installations, maintaining sports fields, and adhering to university policies. The position requires a Grade 12 education, a valid DZ driver's license, and at least one year of experience operating relevant machinery. Chainsaw or forklift certification and previous CVOR training are considered assets.
