Director, Finance and Facilities

Summary

The Cambridge Public Library is seeking a Director, Finance and Facilities to join their Senior Management team. This role reports to the CEO and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance and facilities departments, including financial management, payroll, procurement, and facilities operations. The Director will play a key role in strategic planning, budgeting, and implementing CPL's services to meet organizational goals. Key responsibilities include directing the finance department's operations, managing payroll and OMERS administration, overseeing facilities management for all CPL buildings, and supporting capital projects. The role also involves business planning, policy development, and contributing to the senior leadership team's strategic initiatives. The Director will supervise the Manager, Facilities and the Finance team, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
