Finance Lead

Summary

OCAS is seeking a Finance Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of their Finance team. This role involves ensuring accurate accounting practices, internal controls, and finance processes, reporting to the Director, Finance & Risk. The Finance Lead will mentor and supervise the Financial Analyst and Accounting Specialist, support financial planning and reporting, and act as a financial advisor to organizational leaders. The position requires a CPA designation, a degree/diploma in accounting or finance, and 8-10 years of progressive experience. This is a full-time permanent role with a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week in the Guelph office.
