Outreach Supervisor
Summary
Bernadette McCann House is seeking an Outreach Supervisor to lead their outreach team serving individuals and families in Renfrew County. This role involves promoting understanding of gender-based violence, providing education, and encouraging access to services. Key responsibilities include leading frontline services for women and children experiencing violence, overseeing client case management, supervising staff, managing community support programs, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed. The position requires a graduate of a post-secondary program in social sciences or a related field, with three years of leadership experience, preferably in social services. A strong understanding of gender-based violence issues, excellent case management and communication skills, and database proficiency are essential. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are also required.
