Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Summary

The OTIP Group of Companies (OGC) is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for a 12-month secondment/contract. Reporting to the Director, Business Solutions, this role focuses on leveraging business data and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies across all lines of business. The analyst will provide expertise, devise strategies, lead cross-functional working groups, and be responsible for the design, build, and operationalization of business intelligence solutions. Key responsibilities include synthesizing large datasets to identify trends, analyzing and improving consumable datasets from various channels, and actively seeking external benchmarks. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree, college diploma, or certification in a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Advanced knowledge of MS reporting tools or equivalent BI suites, intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, and familiarity with SQL or other database query languages are also required.
