Summary

The Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) is seeking an experienced Surgical Business Supervisor to join their Surgical Services leadership team. This role acts as a key business and operational partner, focusing on integrated financial, operational, analytical, and strategic planning for the multi-site surgical program. The supervisor will transform complex data into actionable business intelligence to support decision-making, improve accountability, and drive service excellence. Key responsibilities include leading surgical performance reporting and analytics, managing financial and productivity aspects of the program, forecasting surgical demand and capacity, and contributing to strategic planning and business development. The role also involves leadership and stakeholder engagement, including direct supervision of the OR Scheduling and Waitlist Team. Candidates require a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of two years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, operational planning, business management, or finance, and strong analytical, financial, and project management skills.
