Project Manager of Facilities Capital Planning and Asset Management

Summary

The City of Kitchener is seeking two Project Managers for Facilities Capital Planning and Asset Management. This role is responsible for developing and implementing an integrated Facilities Asset Management Strategy and a long-term capital plan. The Project Manager will be involved in planning, scoping, costing, tendering, and delivering facilities projects, programs, and studies, while supporting service delivery alignment, customer service objectives, and corporate strategic policies.
