Summary

Guelph General Hospital is seeking an Emergency Preparedness Specialist for a temporary full-time role, approximately 18 months in duration. This newly created position will focus on building and shaping the hospital's Emergency Management and Preparedness Program. The specialist will coordinate across departments and with external partners to enhance emergency response capabilities, design and deliver training, conduct drills, and serve as an advisor during incidents. The role also includes ensuring fire safety protocols as the designated Fire Marshal and driving compliance with standards.
