Manager, Cybersecurity & Project Management Office
Summary
Enova is seeking a Manager for its Cybersecurity & Project Management Office (PMO) within the Information Technology department. This role is responsible for the governance of Enova's cybersecurity program and technology project/program standards. The Manager will own the cybersecurity strategy, policies, standards, and roadmap, ensuring compliance with the Ontario Energy Board's Cyber Security Framework. Key duties include identifying and assessing cybersecurity risks, overseeing security monitoring and incident response, and embedding security-by-design principles into projects. The role also leads a team responsible for project planning, tracking, support, and system architecture, managing project budgets, timelines, scope, and resources. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and project management best practices, with expert knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and project management methodologies. Experience in a supervisory role and a relevant cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CISM) are required.
