Bi Report Developer

Summary

The Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) is seeking a temporary full-time Bi Report Developer to join their team until December 10, 2027. This role, reporting to the Manager of Business Intelligence & Data Integration, will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining reports and data infrastructure within Oracle Health (Cerner) using Cerner Command Language (CCL). The developer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CCL-based reports and data extracts, building data pipelines, and ensuring the accuracy and availability of clinical and operational data from Cerner Millennium. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with data governance standards, maintaining documentation, supporting integration with other platforms like Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, and providing technical guidance. Candidates must reside in Ontario and possess a Master's degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in healthcare data analysis and 3 years with Power BI or Microsoft Fabric. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Cerner reporting tools (DA2, CCL, SAP BO) is required.
