Registered Nurse (LMH)

Summary

North Wellington Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for a regular part-time position at the Louise Marshall Hospital in Mount Forest. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care in accordance with the standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario and the policies of the health care facility. This role requires the ability to work in all areas of the hospital and on all shifts. Applicants must hold a current Ontario RN Certificate of Competence and a BCLS certification. Several other qualifications are required or must be obtained shortly after hiring, including ACLS, NRP, cardiac monitoring skills, IV initiation, and phlebotomy. A BScN, membership in RNAO/CNA, TNCC, and ENPC/PALS are considered assets. The position demands excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills, along with the ability to function effectively within an interdisciplinary team and assume leadership roles.
