Summary

The Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board is seeking an Elementary Literacy & Numeracy Achievement Consultant for a temporary term position. This role focuses on improving student achievement in mathematics and literacy for Grades 3 and 6, particularly in Ministry priority schools or those identified by the board based on student needs. The consultant will work directly with students requiring additional support, collaborate with educators to implement effective instructional strategies, and support school administrators in enhancing EQAO performance and overall student success. Key responsibilities include providing targeted math and literacy interventions, delivering job-embedded professional development for teachers, assisting with curriculum implementation, and analyzing student data to inform instruction. The position requires a minimum of five years of teaching experience, a Specialist in Literacy and/or Mathematics, and strong skills in collaboration, leadership, and coaching.
