Registered Practical Nurse

Summary

Riverview Medical Group is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for a temporary full-time position in Fergus, Ontario. The RPN will collaborate with family physicians and other healthcare providers, reporting to the Office Manager. This role requires adherence to the full scope of practice as set by the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), strong self-motivation, organization, time-management, and interpersonal skills for patient interaction. Key responsibilities include applying clinical practice guidelines for patient well-being, managing chronic diseases, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Preferred qualifications include experience in primary care, long-term care, or hospital settings, RPNAO membership, and proficiency in the TELUM EMR system. A valid Ontario Driver's Licence and reliable transportation are also required.
