Summary

Woodstock Hospital is seeking two permanent, full-time Obstetricians/Gynecologists to join their Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The role involves providing comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including managing pregnancies, deliveries, postpartum care, and gynecological conditions. Responsibilities also include performing surgical procedures, participating in on-call rotations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent, be certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (or equivalent), and be eligible for independent registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a commitment to patient-centered care.
