Summary
Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance (LWHA) is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain to lead and oversee supply chain operations across its Listowel Memorial Hospital and Wingham & District Hospital sites. This role involves managing procurement, strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, inventory, materials management, logistics, and supplier relations. The Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for developing and implementing a sustainable, cost-effective, and patient-centered supply chain model. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a professional supply chain designation (e.g., SCMP) strongly preferred. Candidates should have five to seven years of progressive experience in supply chain or related fields, including demonstrated leadership. The role demands a high degree of mental effort and involves responsibilities such as leading supply chain transformation, strategic sourcing, contract management, financial stewardship, and people leadership. The standard work week is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.
