Guelph General Hospital is seeking a Temporary Part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Hospitalist Support for approximately 6 months. The primary role involves providing high-quality, safe, and evidence-based care in partnership with patients and families, adhering to the College of Nurses of Ontario standards. This position supports hospitalist services by conducting comprehensive assessments, managing patient care aspects, and facilitating admissions and discharges, while the hospitalist physician remains the Most Responsible Provider.
