SweetJobs provides a job search aggregation platform that collects and summarizes publicly available job postings. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individual job seekers.

2. Account and Subscription

Each subscription is licensed to a single individual. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the service through your account. One subscription means one person — sharing accounts, distributing login credentials, or otherwise enabling multiple users to operate under a single subscription is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract any content from SweetJobs using bots, scripts, spiders, scrapers, or any automated means.
  • Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content from SweetJobs, in whole or in part, without prior written consent.
  • Commercialize any content obtained from SweetJobs, including but not limited to selling, licensing, or using it to build competing products or services.
  • Systematically download or store job listing data, summaries, or any other content beyond what is necessary for your personal job search.
  • Use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or systems connected to the service.
  • Circumvent or interfere with any security features of the service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on SweetJobs — including job summaries, design, logos, text, and software — is the property of SweetJobs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5. Abuse and Account Cancellation

We monitor for patterns of misuse. If we suspect, in our sole discretion, that your account is being used in violation of these Terms — including but not limited to account sharing, scraping, data harvesting, or commercial exploitation of content — we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account and subscription immediately, without prior notice and without refund.

6. Content Accuracy

Job listings and summaries on SweetJobs are generated from third-party sources and are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any job listing. Always verify details directly with the employer.

7. Third-Party Links

SweetJobs may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., employer career pages). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

8. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan). You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Accounts cancelled due to suspected abuse are not eligible for refunds.

9. Privacy

Your use of SweetJobs is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweetJobs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, data, or revenue.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
