Hiring Success Coordinator

Summary

The University of Waterloo is seeking a temporary Hiring Success Coordinator to support employers, students, and staff with the logistical aspects of Cooperative and Experiential Education (CEE) employment processes. This role involves acting as a primary contact for employers, assisting them through the recruitment and hiring process, and collaborating with colleagues to build strong employer relationships and increase student opportunities. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office setting, with planning and organizing tasks, and preferably with customer relationship management systems. A university undergraduate degree is preferred, but equivalent education and experience will be considered. This is a 14-month temporary contract position.
